Calling all regeneration and development professionals

The Milton Keynes South Midlands (mksm) Growth Area is looking for schemes which demonstrate outstanding excellence in order to promote the best projects which are still being delivered in these testing times.

mksm is the country's largest growth area, spanning three regions and fourteen local authorities, with a partnership headed up by a high level ‘Inter Regional Board' Chaired by a CLG Government Minister.

Our well established network of public and private sector forums need good examples of high quality development to act as the front-runners in quality for the mksm growth area, and to demonstrate our delivery credentials to Government.

We are looking for all types of schemes - from public realm and green space to new housing, town centre renewal to civic or iconic structures. We will celebrate the best of these schemes in an awards event set for December 2009.

We hope you will consider putting forward your best schemes within the mskm area. Our deadline for submission is 17 July 2009.
