Our role

mksm is delivered by its partner organisations. A small executive team supports the work of partners and manages an mksm-wide business programme, supporting and promoting the needs for growth in mksm.

We support the mksm partnership through three main areas of activity:

• Profile – raising the overall profile and awareness of mksm, particularly within central government
• Partnership – supporting the full partnership network and facilitate cross-boundary working to tackle strategic / cross-regional barriers to delivery
• Prioritising – identify, support and promote the key priorities across mksm, through strategic studies, research projects, and business planning.
