Executive Board

The Executive Board supports the business of the full mksm partnership and acts as a conduit to other groups via the mksm executive team. It is a small representative Board which meets bi-monthly to manage the mksm executive team and work programme on behalf the wider partnership.

Role:

• Manage and focus the business of IRB;
• Pool representations from network of groups to highlight / act on issues which need escalating to IRB / Leadership Group;
  
• Commission and receive sub-group work in line with IRB / Leadership Group decisions;
• Deal with delegated day-to-day issues e.g. mksm pooled core budget;
• Steer mksm work programme and manage the mksm executive team;
• Develop and take forward communication strategy and key messages for mksm as a whole;
