Business Plan

The first mksm Business Plan was launched in October 2008 at our mksm Conference. It brings together the growth and development plans from the three mksm regions into a single Business Plan.

The final version of the Business Plan Report was agreed by the mksm Partnership in 2008 as a statement of common intent for the strategic delivery of mksm. The Business Plan does not replace documents or plans of partner organisations and is not a statutory document.

The mksm Business Plan supports the delivery of mksm by:

• Setting the overall vision for the mksm area;
• Describing key development locations of strategic importance;
• Identifying the critical interventions necessary to meet targets, (e.g. infrastructure) and highlighting gaps;
• suggesting future delivery arrangements.
