Performance Monitoring Reports

Following the production of our Business Plan, we worked with our local delivery vehicles to develop a bespoke monitoring tool which would give an up to date picture of progress of the key deliverables set out in our Business Plan.

This now takes place on a quarterly basis, aiming to tie in with meetings of the Inter Regional Board so that strategic issues and risks coming our of the performance monitoring can be discussed by the full mksm partnership.

The Reports highlight performance across mksm on the delivery of homes, jobs and key infrastructure projects. The first Report was produced in October 2009.
